Only ONE third party voucher of any type per client will be accepted.
This means you MAY NOT purchase separate vouchers for different services. You must pick one voucher only regardless of how many email accounts you have, gifts you've been given or what website was used to purchase them.
If you purchase more than one third party voucher they will be marked ineligible for redemption and we cannot offer a refund you will need to contact the website used to complete the transaction.
THIRD PARTY VOUCHER RESERVATIONS CANNOT BE BOOKED OVER THE PHONE. You must book by completing the booking process below as there are forms and waivers that must be filled out by you prior to booking due to COVID-19.
BE SURE THAT YOU ARE SELECTING SERVICES FROM THE THIRD-PARTY VOUCHER RESERVATION MENU ONLY please allow 3-5 days in advance to book as voucher redemption availability is limited. in some cases up to two weeks for holidays and during busier seasons-
do NOT purchase a third party voucher offer with the expectation to be accommodated the same day.
Vouchers cannot be applied to same day reservations, after hour reservations, special occasion reservations, or reservations made 3 or less days prior to a holiday or special event as these times are reserved for current clients and members. If you book a same day or after-hours reservation with a voucher it is subject to immediate cancellation and any fees collected will be forfeited.

(this is an 8 digit code found on your voucher under the barcode) Any appointments booked absent of this information will be subject to cancellation. You will still be required to secure your reservation with a VALID credit card. web based bank and pre-paid cards are not valid forms of reservation security.
A nominal fee (1%) will be required to complete booking and verify card validity. If you use an invalid card or a method of payment with insufficient funds your appointment will be cancelled and your voucher will be redeemed.

OPEN AND READ THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL YOU RECEIVE AFTER BOOKING IT WILL CONTAIN IMPORTANT DETAILS ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENT AND INCLUDE YOUR ACCESS CODE.
Please arrive at the time of your reservation and not before unless otherwise indicated
as a courtesy to others that may be in service or leaving services that have reserved privacy buffers.
You may utilize parking available near the building .
Entry details and access codes can be found in your confirmation email.
Your entry will be granted at your scheduled appointment time but not prior to so please plan accordingly.
Clients that may be running late should notify the salon of their ETA via text at 737.400.5893
no later than 5 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.
reservation arrivals later than 10 minutes in most cases will require rescheduling.
We ask that you leave all children and additional guest behind when you arrive for your reservation.
failure to do so will result in cancellation and you will be charged in full for the services booked.
No exceptions will be granted.
Please understand that the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy remain applicable on all reservations booked and in booking a reservation using a third party voucher you acknowledge that you accept these terms and conditions. by booking you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understand these booking terms in full and that you agree to be held accountable for any violation of our booking process terms and conditions.
1. using the reservation station located at the bottom of the THIS PAGE select the service you purchased on the third party booking site from the menu of options in step 1: "Choose Appointment" (be sure that you only select the service listed on your voucher)
a gray box will appear titled "Add to your appointment" select any additional services you might want to include in your reservation at this time.
These additional services, and any costs associated with them (as indicated alongside each option) are not covered by your voucher (unless otherwise indicated by $0.00 price) but instead are offered to be rendered after the voucher service you reserve for your convenience. If you choose not to add any additional services simply move on leaving all boxes unchecked.
select a day and time from the options provided that work best for you and then select "continue"
You may choose to consider more options for scheduling by selecting "MORE TIMES." (please remember that voucher redemption is subject to availability and only eligible for redemption on the dates offered)
3. once you have selected a date and time that works best for you move on to step 2 in the reservation station. "Your Information"
4. Enter your information and complete any additional fields that may be required as intake information/applicable waivers for your selected service type.
5. review the terms and conditions associated with voucher redemption thoroughly.
6. IN THE VOUCHER CODE FIELD:
enter the redemption code issued on your voucher
(this is a auto generated code issued upon purchase and listed on your voucher-you may need to select "view voucher" to see this code however you DO NOT need to select "mark voucher used" at this time)
then select "redeem coupon" on the reservation station.
7. IN THE CODE OR EMAIL FIELD: enter the code TPVO
this is the code that allows our system to recognize that you are redeeming your third party voucher at this time and overrides the 50% deposit requirement to book.
if you entered " TPVO " in the CODE OR EMAIL FIELD as directed, a small green circle with a check mark will appear indicating that your voucher was found and accepted.
the deposit amount should now reflect a mere 1% of the original requested deposit which is collected by our system to prove that you are not a robot and are indeed human.
once you have completed these steps and remitted the 1% deposit as indicated the system will send you a confirmation email to confirm your reservation details.
